Refund Eligibility:
If you cancel your service within 24 to 72 hours (3 business days) of signing up, you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus any transaction fees or expenses incurred during that time. After 3 business days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Situations:
If you have already approved your demo website, acquired a domain and hosting, or if the service has been fully completed. If you request a refund based on services that were never claimed, not listed on our website, or not promised in our agreement. If a dispute or chargeback is filed despite agreeing to this policy, a damage fee starting at $200 will apply. The final amount will depend on the severity of the dispute.

If you still wish to cancel, send a written request with your contact details and reason for cancellation via email.
